30-Day Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

How to Start a Return

Email support@helioxgoods.store with your order number and reason for the return. We will respond within one business day with a return shipping label and instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. You will receive an email confirmation when the refund is issued.

Exchanges

For exchanges, return the original item and place a new order. We will waive the return shipping fee.

Non-Returnable Items

Opened or used products, sale items marked final sale, and gift cards are not eligible for return.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of placement. After that, the order enters processing and cannot be cancelled — but you may return it under this policy once it arrives.
