How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping takes 5–7 business days within the contiguous United States. Expedited shipping (2–3 business days) is available at checkout. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days before shipping.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — all orders over $99 ship free via standard ground. Orders under $99 have a flat rate of $9.99.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All transactions are processed over encrypted HTTPS with PCI-DSS compliant processors. See our Payment & Security page for details.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window on unused, unopened products in their original packaging. See our full Returns & Refunds policy for details and instructions.
Are your products tested for safety?
Every formulation is stability-tested and evaluated for dermal compatibility before release. We do not test on animals. Ingredient lists are printed on every product and available on our product pages.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is not available at this time.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and link. You can also check your order status in your account.
Do you offer gift sets or bulk orders?
